Revive Fitness has a fully equipped cardio room that gives our members access to treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, rowers, bikes plus much more. With over 30 pieces of equipment you will never have to wait to get your heart rate up and your sweat going! We also have TV’s and music playing so that you can get into the zone and focus on achieving the results you want today!
Revive Fitness boasts one of the largest weights rooms of any gym in the area. We supply both pin loaded machines and free weights. Our equipment is varied from barbells, dumbbells, cables and machines. There are well over 50 pieces of equipment on the gym floor so you will always have a muscle group to train.
Revive Fitness is one of the only gyms in the area that still have a fully functional pool open to members. Our pool is heated and is approximately 18 meters long, making it great for aqua aerobic classes, swimming laps and just relaxing after a workout. Our members are welcome to use the pool anytime outside of scheduled class/physio times during our staffed hours. With a spa and steam room to use, it makes a perfect addition to the end of any gym workout.
With two functional squash courts, Revive Fitness gives you the opportunity to get your game on or just have a casual hit with a friend. With Squash regaining popularity in recent times there’s no better time to give it a go, its a fantastic workout! We offer racquet hire and ball purchase; courts can be hired 7 days a week by calling us to make a booking.
With 2 group fitness studios and a pool, there are classes suited to all ages and levels. We offer a wide range of Les Mills and Freestyle classes on our timetable at both morning and night. Our creche facility is operated 6 days per week in the morning to suit our morning group fitness classes. Our creche staff have over 20 years experience between them. Their goal is to supervise your children in an engaging environment while you work out. We offer the children a range of books, toys, games and movies to keep them entertained. A simple gold coin donation is required to use the creche.

At Revive Fitness we try to foster the community spirit through our in-club programs. Twice a year we hold our 10 Week Team Challenge which helps the participants not only gain the knowledge they need to make positive improvements to their health and fitness but to help create bonds with other club members. We find that those who have developed friendships with other club members are more consistent with their results and motivation.
