TUMMY, THIGHS, BUTT (TTB) A 45 minute freestyle class with effective exercises that cater to all levels of fitness and strength. TTB gives you the washboard Abs, buns of steel and the toned thighs you've always wanted
BOOTCAMP circuit is a freestyle based, medium intensity workout catering all fitness levels, this class targets cardiovascular training, strength training, and muscle tone, designed to shape your body and lose weight. 45 minutes
LOW IMPACT is a low intensity, low impact old school aerobic workout. Combining today's invigorating music with yesterdays moves, be prepared to grapevine your way to better fitness.
AQUA is a gentle water based interval style training class. During this 45 minute class you will experience resistance based exercise designed to improve tone and strength with the aid of foam dumbbells and noodles as well as large cardio blocks designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
KICKBOX is a martial arts inspired cross training class designed to improve your strength and stamina through a series of focus mitts, speedballs and bags aimed to challenge your speed and fitness plus the added bonus of body weighted push ups and dips to get you completely outside your comfort zone.
PILATES mat work is a floor based sequence of exercises developed over 80 years ago by Joseph Pilates. Using the traditional exercise system, this 45-minute class focuses on core & postural strength with breathing awareness. The body is trained as an integrated whole, promoting balanced muscle development as well as flexibility & increased range of motion for joints.
