TUMMY, THIGHS, BUTT (TTB) - A 30 minute freestyle class with effective exercises that cater to all levels of fitness and strength. TTB gives you the washboard Abs, buns of steel and the toned thighs you've always wanted, it's ALOT harder than it sounds!!
A 45 minute vertical training class to step up your cardio fitness: No ordinary workout, Step is a fun, fantastic, high intensity, low impact, functional way to tone and strengthen the leg muscles, especially those supporting the knee joints. This medium level Step Moves class is suitable for everyone to try and after 2 or 3 classes you will be able to burn similar calories and fat as running at a moderate pace, with no added stress to the legs, ankles and knees as walking.
AQUA - Is a gentle water based interval style training class. During this 45 minute class you will experience resistance based exercise designed to improve tone and strength with the aid of foam dumbbells and noodles as well as large cardio blocks designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
KICKBOX - Is a martial arts inspired cross training class designed to improve your strength and stamina through a series of focus mitts, speed-balls and bags aimed to challenge your speed and fitness plus the added bonus of body weighted push ups and dips to get you completely outside your comfort zone.
A fast paced freestyle boxing class which teaches you the correct way to hold pads, footwork and how to punch with power! Get fit fast and have fun!
CYCLE - This 45 minute bike class will have you sweating and burning calories while having a blast! Based on the same format as RPM, Cycle uses the latest music from the charts and clubs whilst giving you the added challenge! take the CYCLE challenge today!!
BEGINNERS CYCLE - A great way to increaseyour fitness gradually and learn correct technique for cycling. Ride to inspirational music over 45 minutes and ease your way back to full strength and fitness the fun way!
FIT @ 50+ - Is a fun, low impact workout designed for beginners in a non-intimidating supervised environment focusing on strength and endurance.
